Custom mug design

Get a mug custom designed by Willow!  Purchase this item, and when Willow is ready to design your custom mug she will email you.  Have a list of about 10-15 items, photos, ideas etc. ready, as well as a color palette, she will create the design and send you a proof.  The design will include 1 round of revisions if needed.  If additional revisions are requested, there may be additional design fees.

Once approved, she will invoice you for additional mugs (if needed), tax, and shipping.  When that is paid your custom mug order will be printed and shipped directly to you.  

Pricing:

1 mug: $50

2-6 mugs: $40 ea

7-12 mugs: $30 ea

13-23 mugs: $25 ea

24+ mugs: please contact us for wholesale information

Shipping:

1-11 mugs: $6.50

12+ mugs: $15

We will set the quantity available to a limited amount.  Approx. turn around time is 2-3 weeks.  Once Willow has completed all designs we will reopen the mugs to be available to order again.  If this item shows as "sold out" please be sure to check back soon!

Due to the custom nature of the mugs, Willow does not offer refunds or returns.  Once a design is approved and has gone to print, any reprints for any reason are at the expense of the customer, unless the mug arrives flawed or damaged, at which time you will be issued a free replacement mug.
